Bio
Leilani Downer works in both television and film as a writer, director, and producer.
She recently wrote MERRY MATRIMONY, a television movie for the Hallmark Channel’s 25 Days of Christmas 2015. This was done after making her directorial debut with THE ARRANGEMENT, a romantic comedy short which she also wrote. After production, Leilani was hired to write and direct for Hollywood Casting and Film Company. REJUVITROL, a “Funny or Die” type parody, and the poignant THERE IS MORE THAN ONE ANSWER. During her career she has written a wide range of independent films from comedy to sci-fi, and executive produced an award winning short film entitled PIE ‘N BURGER. Read more...
